About the service: Kaiawhina are based in each of our 6 coastal clinics as well as 2 who are based at our Kaiti clinic. They provide services in the area of Smoking Cessation amongst other services. Kaiawhina are a part of each clinic team and work in conjunction with the nurses, doctors and other clinical services based in each clinic.

Description of the service: This smoking cessation programme is a FREE 12 month programme targeting smokers 18 years and over. It consists of: weekly visits for 8 weeks; 3,6,9,12 month follow up; nicotine replacement therapy and on going education / support
