Service description: Provision of nicotine replacement therapy (gum and patches) and one on one support. This can be done through home visits or when appropriate at work and via telephone.

Area covered: The Maniapoto Iwi Rohe, which extends from south of Te Awamutu, down to Taumarunui and across to Kawhia, and Marakopa basically.Mainly receive clients from Te Kuiti, Otorohonga and surrounding districts.
