About the service: Te Puke Karanga Hauora is a Maori Provider delivering a Mobile Suitcase Service to its clients.
Process for referral: As there are no other Smoking Cessation personnel in the Waimarino Area the Community Health Worker has been receiving referrals from local GP's, Midwife, Rural Nurses in addition to self referals. Te Puke Karanga will only assist a client/s once the correct referal process has been completed. Te Puke Karanga Haoura has it's own referal form which can be obtained by calling the contact person.
